Joining
Does registration or use cost anything?
No. Both registration and use are completely free. There are no fees of any kind.
Is there a review? How long does it take?
Yes, every application is reviewed. We work through applications in order and email you the result. Including the URL of the media you plan to use makes the review smoother.
Who can join?
Adult individuals and companies can apply. Given the nature of the advertiser site, we may decline applications depending on the content of the media involved.
Can I join with a social media account only?
Yes, you can register with just a social media account. Given the nature of the advertiser site, approval can depend on the content involved.
Conversions and tracking
How do I link to your sites?
Generate a link on the portal's "Create links" page and post that link on your SNS, blog or website.
How long after a click does a purchase still count?
A purchase in the same visit always counts. Returning visitors are matched automatically for up to 14 days. Additionally, once you convert a customer, you will receive commission on all of their subsequent purchases.
When do conversions show up?
Conversions are reported on your portal dashboard immediately. Clicks also show up in near real time.
Do you have any kind of traffic or conversion reporting?
Yes! You can view detailed graphs and reports on our portal page. You can set date ranges, sort, and export the conversion data.
Can I place links on several sites and social accounts?
Yes, there is no limit. Separate campaigns or sub-IDs (s1 to s3) let you organize your results.
Commission and payouts
How is commission calculated?
Your commission is the sale amount (excluding consumption tax) minus the processor fee times your rate (standard 35%): (Sale Amount - Tax - Processor Fee) X Rate. In the case of affiliate referrals, your commission is 10% of the commission that affiliate received.
When do I get paid?
Payouts go out on the following month on the 14th. If the total for that month is below the payment threshold it will carry over to the next month.
What is the minimum payout amount?
The minimum threshold is ¥10,000. However, you may increase the threshold above that up to ¥500,000 on your account page in the portal. It cannot be set lower than ¥10,000.
Which payout methods are available?
Bank transfer (within Japan), PayPal and Wise. Transfer fees are borne by the affiliate. If you are outside of Japan, please use PayPal or Wise.
How are refunds and chargebacks handled?
A refund or chargeback reverses the matching commission as a negative amount. Those entries carry a "Refund" or "Chargeback" tag on the portal making them easily traceable.
Placements and creatives
Are banners and other creatives available?
Yes! We offer banners, sample images and videos available on the Resources page in the portal. Please upload them to your own server before use (direct links to the portal are blocked).
Can I link straight to a product page?
Yes. You can specify any landing path (like product, model, or tag pages) on our sites when generating the link on the portal.
Can I modify the available creatives?
You may use the available creatives to create banners or video clips for the use of promoting our sites. Use of our creatives to promote other products or sites is prohibited. You may not re-touch or alter the creatives in a way that substantially diverges from the original product. Nudifying the talent or making explicit or adult themed material, or anything that would damage our reputation or the talent's reputation is strictly prohibited.
Can I promote your sites through email or pop-unders?
No. Email promotion or any kind of spamming is prohibited. Use of pop-unders, iframes, links or images that are difficult to perceive visually, redirects, or automatically executed scripts to generate clicks is prohibited. Tracking links must always be placed so that they are activated by the user's own direct action.
Are postbacks (S2S notifications) supported?
Yes. Conversions are pushed server to server to your URL with macros such as {event_id}, {commission} and {clickid}. Failed deliveries retry automatically with growing intervals.
